CUE has developed a program module for easy programming of periodically repeated events. Events can be scheduled by entering commands into the program or through a file stored in the ipCUE file storage. This feature makes it possible to change the times of executing events without changing the program, just by replacing this file.

The scheduler makes it possible to start a sequence at the desired time and repeatedly with a specific period. The sequence starts at start time. The last start is defined either as the end time, or by the number of starts.
The start time, the end time or the number of starts, a name of the sequence, period and other parameters are stored in an event. The event can be inserted into the scheduler in two ways - directly by commands or loading the events from the event file.

CUE DIRECTOR XPL version 8.10 and newer has a new feature – it makes it possible to store user modules in a special folder and easily (by drag and drop) place this module to the program.
Scheduler module is distributed in file SCHEDULER.CSM. The Help section for the scheduler can be found in the SCHEDULER.CHM file.
