Škoda Auto: Laurin & Klement Kampus
The Challenge
Škoda Auto’s new headquarters, Laurin & Klement Campus (LKK) in Mladá Boleslav, required a cutting-edge solution to manage meeting room reservations for its 2,000 employees.
The goal was to ensure seamless operation across multiple departments within the new complex. The system needed to integrate with Microsoft 365 calendars, providing clear room availability at a glance, while maintaining ease of use and central management of all devices.

Our Resolution
CUE delivered 250 touchONE-10-W reservation panels across the LKK complex. The panels are linked to Microsoft 365 calendars and centrally managed through CUE Solution. Equipped with LED indicators, they provide clear visibility of room status, making it easier for employees to locate and utilize meeting rooms.
This user-friendly and informative system significantly improves room management and enhances operational efficiency without the need for physical interaction, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
