Important: Update Your Map App URL After an Upgrade
Using Kiosk/Map App on a device other than a CUE unit, or displaying Map App from your own computer? After upgrading to this version, make sure to update the URL. The previous /apps/floorplan/ path has been replaced by /apps/map/.
The correct, updated URL is also available directly in CUE Admin for the relevant Map App.
New: Satisfaction Ratings App for Real-Time Feedback
Want to know how satisfied your employees, visitors, or customers really are? The new Satisfaction Ratings App makes it easy to collect feedback in real time through a simple rating interface.
Collected responses can then be used for a clear overview of satisfaction, trend analysis, and detailed reporting, giving you valuable insight into how people experience your spaces and services.
CUE Addin for Outlook: Smarter and More Reliable Resource Booking
Resource booking in CUE Addin for Outlook is now even more convenient and reliable. The latest version brings more accurate availability checks, configurable handling of booking restrictions, more reliable resource management, improved search, and a modernized user interface.
New Input-Based Monitor & Control Objects
The latest version expands Monitor & Control with three new input-based objects, giving you more flexibility when working with user inputs: slider-1, time-input-1, and long-number-input-1.
The required drivers are available in CVC 22.05.1428. For earlier CVC versions, the drivers are also available on request.
Other improvements
- Improved location filtering in Timeline and Floorplans by renaming the filter to Location name and changing it to multi-select, allowing users to work with multiple found locations at once. In Floorplans, selected locations now also show the areas where they were found, and clicking an area opens the floorplan with the matching locations highlighted.
- Added support for the {resource-type} placeholder in reservation subject and description templates.
- Improved time display in CUE Assist, showing longer durations in days, hours, and minutes instead of only total minutes.
- From this version, resources must have a Connection Agent for API configured. If it is not configured yet, we strongly recommend setting it up, as reservation units may not work correctly without it in future versions.
- CUE Admin now shows linked external accounts for each user when CUE Calendar is used, including providers such as Google and Microsoft.
- Added the ability to search the CUE Icons library in CUE Admin under System → Design → CUE icons and download selected icons as SVG files.
- Improved filtering in CUE Admin under Units → Projects by grouping filters by rows, columns, unit, object, and assignment, and converting the relevant fields to full-text search.
- Added a confirmation dialog in CUE Admin under Units → Projects when saving an uploaded project file that would remove existing objects, including a list of the affected objects.
- Improved area filtering in CUE Admin by replacing the previous filter with a checkbox tree for selecting individual areas.
- Updated default IP rate limit settings.
- For customers already using the Map app, the old Kiosk app was migrated to the new Map app, including related configuration changes in CUE Admin.
- Minor improvements to batch edit in CUE Calendar.
- Fixed filtering in CUE Calendar users.
